The hard part of FBA inbound is not the transport but the receiving rules: FNSKU labels, carton size and weight limits, pallet specifications, appointment slots and peak-season inbound restrictions. VSON brings these together: collection in Hong Kong or Shenzhen, label and carton checks, sea or air to match your replenishment cadence, and an Amazon appointment booked straight after customs release. Stock that needs staged check-in can go into a European warehouse first and transfer in batches.

Pre-dispatch checks

Most inbound rejections are avoidable before dispatch. We check the following at collection and fix issues before the trunk leg.

  • FNSKU and carton labels scan correctly and match the shipment plan
  • Carton weight and dimensions within Amazon limits
  • Pallet type, height and wrapping to the destination warehouse’s requirements
  • Battery, liquid and magnetic attributes declared and routed through the right channel

Sea or air

Work back from safety stock plus transit time: routine replenishment by sea for the lowest unit cost, launches and stock-outs by air. For major sales events, ship the bulk by sea and top up fast movers by air.

Transfer via a European warehouse

When inbound limits tighten or appointment slots are scarce, cargo goes into a UK, German or French warehouse and transfers in batches as capacity allows, while also serving multi-channel and direct-to-consumer orders.

FAQ

Amazon FBA inbound: frequently asked questions

Can you apply FNSKU labels?

Yes, labelling, relabelling and carton splitting are available at the Hong Kong or Shenzhen receiving warehouse and at the European warehouses, charged per unit.

What if my Amazon inbound allowance is too low?

Put the stock into a third-party warehouse and transfer it in batches within your allowance, rather than leaving the whole lot stuck at port or outside the warehouse.

How is inbound transit time counted?

Transit times on this site are on a warehouse-arrival basis, up to signed receipt at the Amazon warehouse, excluding Amazon’s check-in and listing time.
