A European warehouse lets Hong Kong sellers serve European customers at domestic speed: stock arrives in bulk by sea or air, then ships per order or transfers to Amazon in batches within inbound limits. Warehouses provide receiving inspection, picking, relabelling, repacking, returns intake and inspection, with local carrier integrations.

When it makes sense

  • Multi-channel or direct-to-consumer orders that need domestic delivery speed
  • Amazon inbound allowance too low, requiring staged transfers
  • Bridging stock-outs with locally held inventory
  • Returns that need local intake, inspection and resale

Receiving and inventory

Stock is checked in by SKU on arrival with discrepancies reported immediately; inventory and dispatch records are provided in the agreed format.

FAQ

European warehousing: frequently asked questions

How is VAT handled for warehoused stock?

Stock held in your name and sold locally generally requires local VAT registration; the inbound leg can be DDP, but local sales filings are your or your tax agent’s responsibility. Confirm the tax set-up before shipping.

Is there a minimum storage period?

No fixed minimum; storage is charged on actual days, and slow-moving stock is flagged to you.
